In large skillet over med heat, heat (~1 to 2 min):
- 2T olive oil
- 4x garlic cloves, minced
Stir in:
- 1 can (28 oz, 750g) crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 c chopped fresh basil
- 1 pinch crushed red pepper
- Salt & pepper to taste
Cook 10 minutes.
Stir in:
- 1/4c vodka
Cook 15 minutes.
Stir in:
- ~1 cup (or less) heavy cream
Add in
- 1 lb cooked pasta
- 1 lb cooked salmon
