From rotation student, Cheryl Chan
- Mix 220g butter at room temperature, 70g powered sugar, 25g egg (~half an egg), 280g all purpose flour
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions
- Chocolate: 3g cocoa powder, some chocolate chip
- Matcha: 3-4g matcha powder
- Oreo: 1 oreo cookie
- Plain: as it is
- Wrap each dough in a parchment paper and roll it into a cylindrical shape. Let them chill in the freezer for 30min - 1hr
- Cut the frozen dough
- Preheat oven to 350F, bake for 15-20min and let cool after
