Cheryl's Tea Cookies

From rotation student, Cheryl Chan

  • Mix 220g butter at room temperature, 70g powered sugar, 25g egg (~half an egg), 280g all purpose flour
  • Divide the dough into 4 equal portions
    • Chocolate: 3g cocoa powder, some chocolate chip
    • Matcha: 3-4g matcha powder
    • Oreo: 1 oreo cookie
    • Plain: as it is
  • Wrap each dough in a parchment paper and roll it into a cylindrical shape. Let them chill in the freezer for 30min - 1hr
  • Cut the frozen dough
  • Preheat oven to 350F, bake for 15-20min and let cool after
