Black Beans and Rice




Traditional Black Beans


Cook first until softened:

  • 1T olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced

Add and cook for 3 minutes

  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 can (seasoned) black beans, Bush's

Then add

  • 1t garlic salt
  • 3T apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2t hot pepper sauce


Serve with rice.
