Traditional Black Beans
Cook first until softened:
- 1T olive oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
Add and cook for 3 minutes
- 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 can (seasoned) black beans, Bush's
Then add
- 1t garlic salt
- 3T apple cider vinegar
- 1/2t hot pepper sauce
Serve with rice.
