Julia Child Potato Leek Soup


New: October 2017


2 lbs potatoes
4-5 leeks
5-cups of chicken broth
4 cups water
2/3 cup heavy cream

Peel and cube potatoes, slice leeks, boil then simmer in water (just enough to cover)
when veggies soft, add broth, bring to a boil
use immersion blender to blend all veggies
