Matcha Latte
Matcha Latte
2 tsp (4 bamboo scoops) of matcha powder
1/4 c boiling water
0.5-1 Tbs sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 carton (~1 cup) of milk
1. Whisk together boiling water and matcha powder with bamboo whisk.
2. Add sugar and vanilla. Stir to dissolve.
3. Heat milk in small saucepan (or microwave) until almost boiling.
4. Add milk to matcha mix, serve hot.
