Sushi



Sushi rice:

Rinse rice well before cooking.
2 rice cooker cups Rice (1.5c)
1.5 c Cold Water
(make this in rice cooker)

Then mix:
4 T Rice Vinegar
2 T sugar
1 t salt

Seaweed Sheets

Once rice is cooked, remove from heat into new bowl, then add vinegar mixture while blowing on it to cool.


1 Avocado makes 4x maki rolls.
