3 TB tequila
5 TB lime
2 TB cointreu
1 t sugar

1.5c sticky sweet rice
1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
~1/4 c water
btwn 1/4 and 1/2 c sugar
pinch of salt
splash vanilla

combine all ingrediants in rice cooker, give a quick stir, then set rice cooker on quick.
serve with fresh sliced mango
